The event offered an opportunity for all local animal lovers and their pets to come out and enjoy each others company and enjoy our great springtime weather. We celebrated the grand re-opening of Nature Pet Day Spa right next door to Earth Pets. They are celebrating their newly expanded facility. We have toured it, and it is beautiful! A blues band played music and there was food for all. Daytime Dogs had a table and display set up too.

In March 2010, Daytime Dogs helped sponsor a 5K-9 race / parade put on by the Pledge 5 Foundation. Pledge 5 Foundation is a local non-profit organization, which encourages public service through its various events, charity drives and community initiatives. Each participant in the 5K-9 race with their dogs helped to raise money for the Alachua County Humane Society and each received a doggie goodie bag containing a Daytime Dogs doggie bandana along with other doggie goodies. Daytime Dogs had the opportunity along with Eager Pup to give a clinic on dog handling and training for those in attendance.

Party with the Pets
"Party with the Pets" was an afternoon event at the Atrium in July 2010 visiting with the residents and their pets. Local pet businesses came to support the event with lots of "doggie goodies." The event ended with an adorable pet parade. We brought our dog Maxwell, and he was such a hit with all the residents! They loved him.

chucknatThe 3rd Annual Haile Village Arts & Music Festival took place Saturday and Sunday, March 19-20, 2011. Daytime Dogs was proud to be a corporate sponsor of this fabulous event. Thanks go out to everyone who stopped by our booth to talk about their pets and find out more details about how our pet care services might benefit them. We raffled off two gift baskets with items donated from Earth Pets Natural Pet Market and Dog Wood Park & Daycare. Not to mention there was great work of the best local and regional artists, food and music!
